£30.00 taken for written off cessation charge

Could someone from PN explain this...  As I haven't been invoiced for this I hope it is just a technicality, however if I find I have been charged once my bank statement turns up, I will be making a formal complaint.

Re: Question #130717278 £30.00 taken for written off cessation charge

When you requested for the account to be fully cancelled, it looks like the cease charge was written off for some reason.

Following this, I believe you responded saying you didn't want the account to be cancelled as you instead wanted to migrate the service away, the cease order on your line was then cancelled.

I can however, confirm that we has not requested a payment of £30, the charge was just waived from the account, although I'm not entirely sure why as technically it should still be on there (Not processing. Just to monitor if the services are ceased or migrated to an LLU provider to then trigger the cease fee)

So long as I don't get charged, that is all that matters Wink
