Query from a (hopefully soon to be) new user

I was asked today about the new market 2 pricing by a friend who's exchange has had talktalk LLU fitted in the last month, and was wondering if he were to join plusnet they would be able to offer market 2 (ie: market 3 prices) to him?
It's just that he doesn't fancy waiting for ofcom to upgrade the exchange from market 1 to 2...

It needs more than one LLU supplier in the exchange, so if TT is the only one, it's still going to be Market 1.
Take at look at SamKnows to see if there is more than one LLU supplier.

Don't know if I'm looking at the same page as you but the one I'm seeing says:
Ofcom Classification
Market 2: Two or three 'principal' operators provide broadband services at this exchange.
And this is on an exchange with TT as the only LLU provider

Thanks for the message, I've just checked and the exchange in question is still Market 1 so we'd only offer a Market 1 price I'm afraid.
