I raised a ticket ( 136770266 ) regarding billing following recent contract renewal, and still awaiting a reply.
In the mean time, one of the queries in the ticket was regarding when Line Rental Saver actually starts if you already pay monthly line rental.
Does it take effect immediately from date of purchase, or from the start of the next billing cycle?
I couldn't find an answer in the Line Rental Saver FAQ or in my billing.
It should start from your next billing cycle.
