Prorata Adjustment

Hi have just received a email in regards to my impending bill and have seen that the price has risen on the Broadband side of things, It used to be £12.50 pm  ( £19.00 with a £7.50 discount)  which was an offer on signing up.
in the impending bill I see a prorata Adjustment for £5.83 instead, making the bill for Broadband £14.16
I'm guessing the £12.50 offer has expired which is fine,  what i wish to know is what the prorata adjustment applied is all about, is this a one off something that is added once in a blue moon or a fixed thing now,  basically how much is the broadband side of the bill from now on going to be, thanks for any help.

Re: Prorata Adjustment

It's a bit confusing due to the timescales involved but from working this out it's the pro-rata amount from the different activation dates between your broadband and phone. As there was already a special offer discount applied this has been added straight after these expired.

Re: Prorata Adjustment

So is this a one off or a recurring discount i'm unsure how much the bill is going to be from now on

Re: Prorata Adjustment

It's a one-off. You're correct in the observation on your first post that the discount has finished, so the bill will increase from next month by the amount of the discount.
