Promised refund; how long?

Following a Chat Session (on 10th) re my initial phone bill, was promised a refund of £8.82

Will this be off my next bill or a refund to my Bank???

Unfortunately we had to wait for the direct debit payment to clear before we could issue the refund against it.

It has now cleared and I've issued the refund for you, it'll be paid back in to the account it was taken from and should appear in the account within the next 10 working days.
