Promised a credit - still waiting

We have had an awful lot of problems with receiving our broadband service recently.  Computers, laptops very slow, stopping altogether etc etc .  We have spoken so many times to Plusnet and we were told that we would get a credit on our next bill which we have just received and surprise surprise no credit.  Absolutely fed up of waiting 20 minutes plus to speak to somebody about this - any other way to contact and make sure something gets done.  Thanks for any help

Sorry to hear that.

I've credited your account for the duration of the fault

Re: Promised a credit - still waiting

PlusNet usually state 5 to 10 working days for a credit to be received. Their billing system leaves a lot to be desired, but a new system is coming soon, they have been saying that for years!

Re: Promised a credit - still waiting

Why do people stay with them?  I am looking to leave when our contract finishes. No confidence with Plusnet at the moment.  It has cost us quite a bit of money getting out people to check our lap tops, computers because Plusnet said it was not their fault - it was each time these specialists told us our lap tops etc were fine nothing wrong with them. Come on Plusnet you need to be at least 100% better than you are.

Re: Promised a credit - still waiting

Just to confirm you'll receive your refund within the next 5 to 10 working days depending on the processing time of your bank or building society. Thanks for your patience.
