Product upgrade

Hi
I've upgraded my account from value to unlimited, and been told it can't take place until next billing period on the 23rd of the month.
Is there any chance this can be brought forward.

Thanks for the quick responce and action the account is now unlimited.
one question.
Will i still be billed for going over the monthly allowance, as i'm not certain i made the product change quickly enough last night.
