Product change to fibre - confirmation of BT appointment

Hi
Would appreciate if someone from PlusNet could confirm my BT appointment for next Monday AM?
I had asked whether this could be bought forward (cancellation), but have not heard anything, so I assume it will need to remain as Monday?
