Product Switch to Plusnet Extra

Hi
I set up s product switch on my account from my current product to Plusnet Extra through the website.  
The process completed successfully and I was informed my product would change from the 10 Aug. Can someone please confirm my change as I cant see any reference that this is going ahead on the plusnet site and have not received any confirmation email.

All product changes occur on your billing date so best wait until tomorrow to see if it has happened. Once the order change request has been confirmed you don't get any other notification.

I can see the change is scheduled for tomorrow, it should happen overnight tonight for you Smiley
