Process to migrate on Fibre

Hi
Having trawled through all the info, I'm still not clear on what I need to know.
So, I am on Fibre, and might want to migrate to Sky.
What is the process?
Do I need to request a MAC for this?
Will the cessation charge of £25 apply (I am out of my 18 month contract).
Is there a notice period?
Thanks in advance

Re: Process to migrate on Fibre

You need to ring the Residential Customer Options/Cancellations team and ask for a MAC. If you use that to migrate you shouldn't be charged a cancellation fee. The notice period is currently 10 days, but will increase to 14 days on 1st October 2013. I believe the notice period runs from when you request the MAC.
The Cancellations team will check your account and tell you what you will have to pay.

Re: Process to migrate on Fibre

Many thanks.
I wasn't sure if MACs were used on fibre connections or just ADSL.
