Problems with my bill. Payment not being taken.

Hi, I'm hoping somebody can finally sort out the problems with my account. I have phoned a few times and the problem has not been resolved. I started a new contract on 16/12/20. The first bill I received was wrong and I subsequently received a refund. I was assured that the problem had been sorted out and all would be fine next bill. However, after receiving the usual email saying that payment would be taken from my account on/near 16th Feb, nothing has happened and payment still hasn't been taken. I have one open question which doesn't appear to be proceeding any further. So I'd like to have the problem fixed please. I was so close to not renewing my account and now wish I hadn't. Please can someone sort my problem out? Thank you.
