Problem renewing line rental saver

I spoke to Roland at PlusNet on 9/2/20 about renewing line rental saver as I had not been contacted; he advised me that it would be renewed to 8/3/2021 and that £197.88 would be taken from my credit card.

Nothing was taken from the card so I phoned again 18/3/20 - she said that no payment had been taken or raised from y account and when I offered to pay by credit card while on the phone to her she said that there were billing problems so that was not possible.

she advised phoning back a week later ....have not been able to get through since then and just keep being told to go online to make payments. Have also tried emailing but that does not get me anywhere.

I would just like to pay for the line rental saver!
