Pro addon free?

Well I know its not, but just thought I'd mention the pro addon was activated on the 22nd April but the £5 doesn't appear on my account transactions. I'm not complaining but I'd hate to read in the papers next week that Plusnet had gone bust because of a £5/month shortfall

Have you passed a billing date since activating the Pro add-on? If not does a pro-rata charge for the rest of the current month show? Don't know if that appears only when billed.

I activated the pro on the billing date - same day as my new Plusnet xtra (60Gb) service started. Only the standard charge shows.

You activated the add-on after the billing scripts ran. There are two line items that you'll be billed for later this month.

Pro Add On (Pro-Rata payment) charge for April/May £5
Pro Add On charge for May/June £5
