Pro addon cancellation charge?

My monthly bill has just come through and I'm shocked! Anyone else noticed it costs over £9 for the pro add-on to be cancelled?
Pro Add On (cancelled) £7.66 £1.53 £9.19
I actually cancelled this by mistake then added it back on straight away. I've been hit with a bill for this month that makes BTs original quote for their unlimited broadband suddenly seem more reasonable. Can someone please offer me a reasonable explanation for this charge?

Hi Jack, sorry about this!
It's not something I've come across before so I've raised an internal problem to have one of our developers take a look (ref:67250). In the interim I've requested that £9.19 is refunded to your account against an old invoice. That should be credited to you within 7-10 working days at the absolute latest.

I have had the same problem Jack.. maybe BT is a good option :S
