Pricing error

My account went live yesterday, but under ‘my products’, the monthly price I am being shown is £29.99.

However the price I signed up for, and is shown in my contract, is for £26.99 (rising to £29.99 in 2026)

Could this please be looked into and corrected before my direct debit is taken at the wrong price.

Also if possible could someone please verify my account has the marker on it for the £40 gift card (I understand there are delays, so I’d just like confirmation this has been applied as this error has me worried!)

@Jimmer8990 Hi there, I've taken a look into your account for both of your queries today. 

 

I have rectified the contract pricing issue, it seems the discounts applied were incorrect when applied by our system. I've modified the discount for you and should update your price within the next 24-48 hours. 

 

I can also confirm there is a promotion marker on your account for the £40 gift card so no need to worry there.

Thanks for your help so far, but I have kept an eye on my account and unfortunately the changes you made don’t seem to have taken effect. In fact my account has been stuck as ‘updating’ ever since it opened.

 

Could you please take a look as something isn’t right.

I have looked into this for you. Unfortunately, it appears to be linked with a wider issue we are experiencing at the moment with our systems. Unfortunately, there is no timeframe as to when this issue is going to be resolved. However, our teams are trying to get it resolved ASAP once it has the changes will automatically go on for you.
