Pricematch: Caller ID

Im with talktalk (until monday yay!) and they supply caller id free of charge on their essentials package - it simply needs to be enabled in the account, and a friend who recently joined talktalk had her caller ID turned on automatically.
Im not sure if its publically available but Im sure it will be publicly listed in their talktalkmembers forums,
Can this be applied to mynew plusnet account?

Price match = standalone broadband, nothing to do with phone line rental, or services.
ITWorks gave you how to switch on the feature though

Well looks like i'll be unplugging my phone... times are tight yet I like to see who is calling me before I answer - without seeing who is calling id rather not have a working phone lol
