Price to high

Is there anyway I can lower my bill. My recent bill was £41 and before that £37. Im paying to much for my fibre optic. Something I cant really afford each month.

I think the usual advice in these circumstances is to call the Options Team.

Hi @JwattsUK,

Thank you for getting in touch with us through our community forums regarding this issue.

I have looked into this for you and can see that you did a housemove back on the 10/09/2016 for Unlimited Fibre but then after this was in place I can see that you then changed your package to an Unlimited Fibre Extra package with no discounts attached to the new product like your previous one. This seems to be the reason for the price of your package.
