Price rises every month

Morning everyone,

I was wondering if it is normal that my 76 fibre fixed price 24 months contract  has started to rise 0.37 £ every month.

May -> June : +1£  (this was notified in advance)

June -> July : +0.37£

July -> August : +0.37£
