Just tried to take advantage of the cheaper offer from this email and it fails?

Is this a known issue?

 

Worked this morning so looks like I will stay for another 12 months because it's cheap Wink

I'm not aware of any issues with that, although I'm glad to hear the offer page has since worked for you and you've been able to re-contract.

I'm getting it for £4.99 a month instead of £9.99.

 

I can put up with it being almost 3Mbps slower than my previous ISP for that Wink

Took me 40 mins to get thru, spoke to a nice CSA, who will cancel my account on the 16th

 

But has put a cease in so I now cannot get a replacement ISP.
