Price increase of 63 pence?

My wifes grandmother is on a low price exchange and her broadband has just gone up from £6.49 to £7.12.
Is this right, as you are still advertising broadband in her street at £6.49?

No, that doesn't sound right at all, care to PM me her username so I can delve into that?

Don't worry Adam, I think she is losing her marbles.
She has 2 accounts at different properties and is getting them mixed up.  When you said it didn't sound right I just logged on for her and everything is OK.
Thanks for offering to look though.
