Price increase email

Hi,

I may be getting confused, but I was expecting to receive an email re the price increases to the line rental and anytime call package which is happening on the 1st of September, and haven't received it yet.

Should everyone be getting one of these emails, or is it only certain people that are affected?

Thanks

Ross

Re: Price increase email

Fix

I believe they are being sent out in batches, and as they require to give everyone at least 30 days notice, I guess they have to the beginning of Augus to get them all out.

Re: Price increase email

As @Mustrum has mentioned they're being sent in batches.

Every affected customer should receive a e-mail before the beginning of August.

Re: Price increase email

Thanks (and Matthew too).

Makes perfect sense - I'll keep an eye out for it.

Cheers

Increase, what increase?

Missed that one. More information please!

Re: Price increase email

Hi Minivanman,

You should receive an email regarding the change tomorrow as they are being sent in batches to customers.

Re: Price increase email

You can double check if Plusnet has already sent it and you've missed it by looking at your Support Tickets on the Plusnet Members Centre at https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search (login required)

Select "Closed Questions within a date range" and complete the 2 dates (say last 2 months). Click "Go" and look at the closed tickets. A copy will appear in there when Plusnet send out the email to you.
