Price increase email new offer

I’ve been sent the price increase email about the early termination price.

On the email it gave me a link to choose a new package.

I would like to go for this but I also want to change my call plan to the anytime calls to landline and mobiles.

I have a offer to upgrade to the anytime deal for £9 a month.

Can I renew the broadband and line rental and add the anytime call at £9 together.

@emzmc

Plusnet's system can only cope with one pending order at a time and so you cannot use the on line link in the email to take up the new contract offer and then immediately change your call plan or vice versa. The latter would have to wait for the new contract order to complete (or the call plan change to complete if you did that first).. If this is OK then you can go that way.

If you want to do both now, you might have better luck ringing up the Customer Options Team (the "thinking of leaving option") to take up the offer as I have seen some posts indicating that the Plusnet staff system can sometimes cope with two orders placed at the same time.
