Price increase check please.

Just a quick question;
I have received my billing notification for the next month and notice the price has risen from £11.99 to £17.99, now at the sign up time this would have been expected.
But during the last 6 months my local exchange (Warmwell) has changed from a Market 1 to a Market 2 according to the exchange checkers. It seems both Talk Talk and Sky now have equipment located in the exchange.
Could someone verify if I still have to pay the increase or should it be the reduced price of £11.99?
If necessary I will phone in to have the change made just need a confirmation.

think you should get the reduced price, you will have to pay this month, and might get a rebate on that, and yes existing customers have to ask
