Price increase and cancellation of contract

Hi,

I have a contract with PlusNet til June 2020, but received an email back in Feb 2020 that my bill woul;d go up by £1.

Am i right un thinking that I can leave at anytime from this email to to before contract end without being penalised???

A competitor has a deal that is currently £17 a month less than what I am paying at the moment, and also £7 cheaper than renewing with Plusnet...so I am iching to get off...!!!

@burnoutsam

I’ve a feeling that you had 30 days from the date of the email to contact Plusnet to advise them that you were leaving because of the price rise.

Re: Price increase and cancellation of contract

Hi @burnoutsam

As stated by @Baldrick1, there is one month period after receiving this email to make this kind of decision.

I can suggest to contact our Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 to discuss best deal they can give you.

Hope that helps.
