I changed my broadband package earlier this month after the email about price increases. I previously had a discount applied to my bills, so I don't know if his would make any difference to my future bill.
The main qustio is that I have been looking to change my call plan , as I coudn't do this at the same time as the broadband change. I went into my offers and found that I can just change my phone plan to make my total bill to £44.98.
I also found that i can switch to unlimited fibre extra and the call plan change.
I'm confused as when I go through the process to upgrade. The 3rd step says I would pay £41.99, then on the next page on the direct debit page it's saying it would be £44.98.
I don't want to be paying extra when I ca be paying cheaper.
