Price Rise

My monthly bill of £6.49 has suddenly shot up to £7.99. I havn't had any emails informing me of a price rise.

Hi Geoff, it's showing on your account - we sent it to your aol address as that's the one we have for you, it would have been around the 20th August. Hope that helps you find it?
