Price Promise

Hi,
I want to get a price match on this deal which tesco is currently offering at £2.50 a month:

Does anyone know if this will be possible?
I am also thinking of upgrading my value account to the extra 60GB option.  If I do this will I lose any price match deal or would I be charged the extra on top of the price matched price?

The Price Match is for standalone broadband and that offer isn't
This one is http://www.tescobroadband.com/tesco-broadband/broadband-only.aspx but is only cheaper than Value when Tesco LLU is available
