Premium rate "competition" lines

Above.

On last month's landline bill I was quite shocked to see a hefty charge for a call to a premium rate competition line which I rang about a month and half ago after entering a crossword based competition on the TV.

Normally I know to avoid these things like the Plague, £3 odd a minute for long calls, should be declared illegal IMO.. Anyway is there a way to get these included in the free calls tariff if I'm ever daft enough to do it again?

Do you see? Cheesy

Fix

I can't imagine that any CP (communication provider) would be daft enough to include premium rate calls in any plan🤣

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
