My contract has recently come to an end and of course the cost has gone up. So I did a bit of research to find another supplier but just out of courtesy and of course to see what the reaction would be I contacted Plusnet to advise them of my intention to leave.
Fair play to the operator [CSA Removed], she asked if she could look into it to see if there was anything that she could do. Although the end result didn't quite match offers from elsewhere the difference is negligible and I don't have to go through the worry of a changeover.
So to make a change to usual forum posts I want to say well done to plusnet and well done to [CSA Removed] in particular. Loyalty does count after all if you give them a chance.
