Fairly sure im not going to be the only one
Recently recieved a email stating that price rises would be forthcoming as from june with a subsequent rise about 9 months later. - I'm awaiting a promised email early May that would "clarify" the effects of these proposed increase on my charges. With the promise that I can cancel without any early termination charges
However I'm currently on a eighteen month "Fixed Price" contract with about 9 months still to go - My current contract clearly states that " Fixed price broadband and line rental - this won't change during your contract "
I'm therefore assuming that the email I recieved is generic and that I can happily continue to see out the end of my current contract without either having to pay more or having to find an alternate provider.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

It’s all in the small print here. https://www.plus.net/help/legal/cpi-plus-guide/
The key date is the 7th October 2020. If you signed up after this dare I’m afraid you’re on a fixed contract apart from the CPI plus 3.9% rip off.

Thanks Baldrick1
Struggled to find that link initially - my 2 prior contract periods ( after tracking down the paperwork ) were on adjustable terms/conditions - but fortunately current contract which was taken out in July 2020 does have the much preferred wording " Fixed Price Contract " which matched there offers for new customers at that time. - Lets see what they send me in the coming days
