Hey,
I was wondering if someone could help me, I decided to place an order with BT as it seems my connection is getting slower but I was wondering how much the cessation charge is to change over, or what the overall charge is to change over to BT.

You should just be able to migrate.
Moving to BT should make no difference to your connection - the same equipment/backhaul is used.

Thanks, but I was asking if I would get a charge from PlusNet from leaving them, but I cancelled anyway.

I didn't see a question.
Are you leaving within your contract period?
I would have migrated - you may now end up losing service and if there are any issues, you could be without internet for days or weeks.

It would've been in my contract period yes.
The order was only placed last night, so called PlusNet to say I don't want to cancel with them.

Hi theograham1612,
If you wanted to migrate to BT you would need to use a MAC key. This is usually provided by our Customer Options team, and if this is used then there would be no cessation charges. Only charges for leaving the contract.
