I have just got my latest bill and it seems higher than what I expected. I think there might be something wrong with the bill. I am supposed to pay £23/month (new contract for 12-months and this is my second bill). I know I have to pay £6.99 for the router, which was previously agreed when I signed up for this new contract. So I am expecting to be billed around £30, but have received a bill of £46.31! Can someone look into this for me? I tried chat, but it was never available for me. Thanks
