Possible duplicate charge after contract renewal

Hello,
My previous contract ended on May 13, and I renewed it the same day. However, I’ve noticed that I’ve been charged what appears to be a double payment.

Unfortunately, I experienced a technical issue when trying to renew the contract before the end date, which prevented me from completing it earlier.

Could someone please check my account and confirm whether this charge is correct, and if not, arrange for a refund or adjustment?

Hey @Robert96,

I have checked your account. Since your contract ended on the 13th, the bill that was generated was an out-of-contract bill, which had no discounts. However, since you renewed your contract the same day, you should receive a pro-rata refund for the difference on the next bill that is generated, and just to ensure, I will keep an eye on your account once it has.
