Porting over to BT Full fibre with Voip

I read somewhere that existing customers can go over to BT FTTP and Digital Voice without cancellation charges.
But during a recent on line chat with Plusnet it seemed to be that is not the case and I would have to pay cancellation Charge.
I want FTTP and digital voice and keep my current land line number is this possible

@Microvent Try calling customer options on 0800 013 2632 they should know about moving to BT and sort it for you. There should not be any early cancellation charge.
