Plussed Off!! 43343416

Ticket number  43343416 has been open since the 7th June and has been extended 8 times.  Basically since November 2010 you have been charging me for business phone rather, than as ordered, residential.  I am fed up with this inefficiency and want to know What Is Your Problem?  Let me know and I will consider staying - I have been a customer for 10 years.
Then I have on Monday I have been contacted by a re-seller of Chess telecom - their package is cheaper and quicker than Plusnets and reviewers say that customer service is good.  Next week is my decision date.  This is not the proverbial "gun at the head" but a business request to tell me what is wrong - otherwise I will prepare to move out.

@ Matt: Thanks for your message - but what was the problem in the first place? Human error / keyboard mistake / software bug / laziness

It was a software bug with the account change, moving from a business type product to residential (hence the need for developer intervention). There was a task raised for a developer to make the fix, I was able to badger him until it was done - really sorry it took so long though.
