No problem @George-t, I do understand this and I'm really sorry again for what had happened.
When an account is closed, the system automatically generates termination fees if there was an active contract, and for some reason it did so with no notice and automatically passed it to a collections agency.
I can only sincerely apologise for the inconvenience we've caused, however we've got this in hand.
From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
