Plusnet took out payment but is saying my account doesn't exist

Hello,
I was setting up my account yesterday and The first payment was taken from my account but I got disconnected when trying to enter my account number and now I am being told that the account co1993 doesn't exist. But like I mentioned the payment for the first month definitely was charged to my bank account but I don't have a plusnet account?
