Plusnet taking miney willie-Nillie !

The amounts of money leaving my bank account have left me confused and
very angry. When I joined ps, I thought it would be a regular monthly payment
taken on a particular date but no, I have paid so far, £49.99 then series of smaller
payments £4.99 here £4 something there, then today they have taken £22.71.
I also still have call divert on my home line ! even though they told me it had been
removed. I am assuming the £22.71 they have taken today is for phone calls?
Probably including charges Incurred by there call divert (witch, I was told on this
forum, I would be refunded).
I have never known a company like it ! Only been with them just over a week!
I wouls like each amount explained and a date set for each month so I know
when I am to pay.
If this taking  money from me continues, il be broke!

Hi cozmoss
Might be worth having a poke Here, its your invoices
if you havent already, clicking on the pink "invoice" link will tell you what each one is for.
PN billing has had its issues, so its worth keeping an eye on occassionally.

Apologies if you've already looked at your invoices Smiley just trying to help

£10.79 for call divert?
You mean for the alls which have been diverted.. ? which would make sense.
the £40 and £25 is your cessation charge, thats standard because you signed up for 12 months.
You'd be better hoping someone from PN on the forums notices this, and sees what they can do for you.
your smaller charges sound like standard call charges Smiley (thats what mine usually are)

Cozmoss,
Please clarify if there's any particular charges you would like me to clarify or at least take a look at.
Re post http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,90173.0.html I thought we'd sorted this last week?

from the other post:

We will refund you but we need to wait for the current pending payment to clear first, please bear with us and I'll notify you of the amount and when this should clear by when this has happened.

The payment does not yet show as cleared at our side, I will keep a close eye on this and I'll refund it as soon as we're able to.
