Plusnet service stopped in October and direct debits still going out!

Good evening,

I swapped from Plusnet to BT Huh in October 2017 and just noticed the direct debits are still being taken from my bank account!

Could a Plusnet member contact me to resolve this please.

Hi Simon. I'm really sorry to hear we're continuing to bill you and take payments.

I've issued you with refunds now and we'll issue you with a further refund when your direct debit has cleared the latest invoice that had generated. We'll then close your account.


You should receive the refunds I've issued now back in your bank within 10 working days, and I'd expect your account to be closed within that timeframe too.
