My broadband went live on 8th April, but I have not received an email for the reward card yet. Can someone please advise how I can get this email?

If your services went live on 8th April, you may be too late to claim this now as there's a timeframe of 8 weeks. As we are now on 8th July you are over the deadline, but I'm sure a Plusnet staff member will clarify this with you.

It's been 4weeks now and doesn't look like Plusnet is interested in resolving this issue for me. 🤔
