Hi - my Plusnet service went live on 14 August 2020. I received the Plusnet rewards card email and filled in the form. After a few weeks I contacted firstname.lastname@example.org and someone from Blackhawk Incentives has now told me (after lots of emails back and forth) that because Blackhawk couldn't find me on their system, Plusnet should be sending out a cheque instead. I've tried to:
Call Plusnet a few times and have been on hold for an hour each time and I just give up on waiting
Use Online Chat, but it never seems to be available
Use the ticketing wizard hidden in my account, but it won't let me raise a ticket there either.
Could someone from Plusnet get in touch with me please?
