Plusnet reward card - no email received

I have not received an email with the £75 reward card link despite being told by customer services that it would happen within 10 days of contract activation. Can someone look into this please?

Hi there, our records show an email was sent out on 29/5/20 but what we can do instead is put the claim through on your behalf. I just need to ask you to reply back to the ticket here so we can authorise that first: https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&id=202589058
