Plusnet refunding broadband charges

Hi, can you please advise if I'm one of the customers who's price was reduced in my area in June 2014. Many thanks.

I have received a letter with a refund cheque for £50. The letter states you have also corrected my billing in order to pay the correct amount going forward.
However, my billing payment this month does not show any changes. The FAQ website does not help me understand why and and online chat with an
agent just told me that the letter explained all. Sorry, I am missing something somewhere as I have read the letter several times and it is not clear to me.

@concept It looks as though you changed on to market 3 back in December, so it's been right since that point.
