Plusnet referral banners are not tracking

Another thing to add to the list of little niggles. If you've signed anyone up through a banner in the last couple of months, it probably hasn't tracked. You will have to make a manual claim which is a right pain. Plusnet have admitted the banners are not working although I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere conspicuous.

I wonder how many sign ups have been missed that people don't know about that have signed up through a banner add?
