I received an e-mail this morning informing me that the last direct debit had failed, and within a few hours - the internet had been disabled by Plusnet. There was no warning, or reminder for payment - just a simple internet disabled.
I have now changed payment method, but am very unhappy that no warning was given by Plusnet to give me time to change the payment method. In a time when home working and online lessons for the kids, it is more important than ever to get a reliable internet connection.
Perhaps a reminder or warning would be nice in the future?
