Hence, I have now made arrangements for one to be dispatched with urgency. I'd guess not! To include interest and recompense for the effort you've had to put in you will need to go down the Small Claims Court route I pointed at a few posts back.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
