Plusnet owes me money

I have canceled my order for Plusnet and was assured I would receive the £206.88 I have pre paid for line rental I am still waiting for my refund I am a pensioner and need this refund but dont know how I can get my money refunded.

I have a message saying that my issue has been fully resolved and the £206.88 has been paid into my bank . The money has not arrived in my bank account what has happened to my money? what can i do to get this resolved ?
