Plusnet not refunding my money!

So I signed up to Plusnet and paid line rental upfront but changed my mind and cancelled the switch within the cooling off period. Plusnet told me that I would receive a refund in 7 to 10 days.

It been almost 7 weeks now and still no refund !!!

I have phoned several times but keep getting the same response, that I will receive my refund within the next week.

This has gone on way too long. Effectively Plusnet are illegally profiting of my money by keeping it and not honouring the refund.

Please rectify this immediately and no more excuses!

Re: Plusnet not refunding my money!

If they don''t sort it out quickly then ask for a deadlock letter and let the Ombudsman Serrvices sort it out. Oh and it might be worth taking this up with BACS when mistakes in DD's are made to avoid reclaiming through yout bank BACS expect Pnet to refund promptly https://www.directdebit.co.uk/Resources/Pages/ContactUs.aspx

Whatever happens always remember "We will do you
.........................proud" say Pnet.
