Plusnet has Ruined my Credit Rating and seem to think this is ok

I was with Plusnet until July when i went over to sky.  i continued to recieve bills and made many phone calls to try and sort this out.  Fast forward to December and my credit rating has gone through the floor as i am showing an outstanding payment from October.  More phone calls and complaints and no offer of compensation at all.......fuming isn't the right word. Would not recommed Plusnet to anybody.

Did you switch your existing services over to Sky? I thought they normally automatically cancel your old package if you do.  Unless you somehow managed to sign up to Sky without switching?

Yes all done properly with PAC code etc it's just plusnets inefficiency
