Plusnet contionues to charge me after contract cancellation

I have cancelled my contract after the minimum period of 12 months. I also moved houses in the meantime.

ON the 20th of May i rang in to terminate. I was told I will get a final bill  in June and that's it. Looking into my emails I find the July bill getting ready.

Is it  OK to pretend that nothing happened and continue to steal from people?

This way you guarantee  people won't ever come back to you

Re: Plusnet contionues to charge me after contract cancellation

Sorry to hear this.

Unfortunately it looks like this was due to agent error which I've arranged for feedback to be passed on about.

I've added a reply with more information to a support ticket on your account which you can view and reply to from Here.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Please contact BACS (Google it). The are the people responsible for allowing and overseeing the companies who get the priviledgeof using DD. BACS have to believe they are trustworthy and have systems in place that handle DD's responsibly. It is very clear that Pnet are not that IMO.

Whatever happens always remember "We will do you
